They've gotten way faster at shipping and their mfv tirz+b12 is the only tirz that works for me. Lost 20lbs in 2 months on it. Ran out of it and tried pom's bpi and tried cosmeticrx's prorx and both felt like injecting water even with titrating up. Didn't lose any on either of those. Maybe the first tirz you try is the one that ends up working best for your body. Idk. Lumimeds has one portal now too and it's super easy and their support chat always responds within the day. Also love the mfv pharmacy's packaging. It comes in a little Styrofoam cooler unlike prorx and bpi. It's pricier but it's the only thing that works and it works really well at that. Just wish the syringes mfv packaged were 31g ez syringes. They put 28g ones and I have needle phobia so the smaller the better. I ordered a refill Saturday and it's already here on Tuesday.

Today was my first interaction with LumiMeds. I encountered some difficulty with getting my intake form done - something to do with my new email address vs the old email address that is still attached to my credit card. Long story short, Jerick ended up completing my intake form for me and was nothing but patience and kindness. I haven't gotten very far in the process, but so far, customer service has been stellar.

Tim was patient and professional. He was able to explain clearly and succinctly as to the matter of my order, which I thought was incomplete. He was efficient and quickly alleviated my concerns, where I should call for my 3rd month supply when I was ready. Great customer service, friendly and calm manner.
