Tim is amazing! This being my first time being on this kind of medication I have had lots of questions and Tim responded almost immediately, he was extremely knowledgeable, kind and most of all patient! If he didn’t know the answer he would find out and get back to me in the same day! I couldn’t ask for anyone better to guide me through this new exiting journey than Tim!

Good customer service. Fast shipping. Actually works. I’ve seen ads from a lot of places but chose Lumi because of the good reviews

I had trouble filling out my medical intake form because of my previous prescription. I wasn’t sure what the doctor wanted in the prescription. Rob was able to help me clarify what I needed to get the order to go through. Hey I guess the doctor actually checks! Been on the meds for 3 months and switched from Remedy meds. Saved a ton of money and lost quite bit of weight. Hope I can get some maintenance dosing soon.

Love this 😄 Rob’s great at untangling intake form chaos, and yep, the doctors definitely check. We’re so glad the switch worked out, the savings helped, and you’re seeing real progress. Thanks for sharing and for being part of LumiMeds.

I called Lummi Meds' Billing Department and spoke to Tim. I called with a dispute and Tim was extremely patient with me. He was courteous and professional. I explained my situation to him and he followed through on a resolution. He sent me a screenshot of my cancellation and I was very thankful. Thank you Tim.

Spoke on the phone with Sam from lumimeds on a Saturday. He answered everything I asked, and what he wasn't sure of, he checked on and got me an answer quickly! I'm on my second order with them and I have no complaints. I can always get answers in the portal and via email. If I call, I get assistance too.

Thank you for the great feedback. We’re glad Sam was able to help you out, even on a Saturday, and make sure all your questions were answered. We really appreciate your continued trust and are always here if you need anything.
