Quick and efficient

I like the fact that I call and someone answers! They always help me figure out what I need.

I did tons of research before deciding on which provider to trust with my GLP-1 journey. I literally spent weeks researching. I also joined online groups so I had some insight as to what experiences others had with different providers. Of course, cost was important, but so was effectiveness. With all aspects considered, I selected Lumimeds. And I'm so glad that I did. The instructions were easy to follow, if I did have a question, I got a quick response, and I have completed 8 weeks with a 30 lb loss, no side effects at all, and renewed confidence that I really can do this (with help from Lumimed). I can't even tell you how good this feels! I've "dieted" for well over 35 years and had given up hope of ever being successful. I have a long way to go. But now I have effective tools to help ensure I get there. Thank you, Lumimeds!

I started out having a lot of problems with the medical profile. I could not upload the required photos and when it failed the site sent me back to the beginning. I reported this and eventually got a call from April. She too had trouble attaching the photos but didn't give up and kept working all the time reassuring me she would work it out and her patience payed off and the information was completed. So my meds have been approved and I will be starting the program very soon. I really appreciate her calming and understanding manner. April deserves the 5 stars. I'm looking forward to a healthier Spring.

Not only were the medical staff and excellent in clarifying questions, the customer service is beyond my expectations. There was a clerical error in filling my meds (wrong med was sent). In less than a day, this was fixed with my correct meds on the way. The staff followed up on everything to ensure I received what I ordered.
