I’m still in the process of testing the product from Lumimeds, but I already feel compelled to leave a review because their support has been outstanding. Nikki from the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very responsive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Every interaction felt professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me have the best experience possible. It’s rare to find customer service that is this attentive and efficient. Even before I’ve fully finished testing the product, I can confidently say that the support alone has made my experience very positive. Quick and easy communication

This company is very responsive and their customer service team has been great! Nikki helped me with an error I was receiving while reordering my prescription and took care of everything on her end so I didn’t need to do anything. Very pleased with the product and the company!
