What an absolute easy decision to work with Lumi Meds. Each one of the team members have been excellent over the last 10 months. Having a time of decision to lose weight and trying to find a great team to work with was almost impossible until someone told me about Lumi Meds. Messaging with the providing Drs, Dr. Rishmaswi and Dr Ahmed both have helped me with questions with my health concerning the prescriptions. The customer care team here are a few of the names over the last few months that I have messaged and spoke with Daisy, Paul, Kevin, Patrice, Hannah, Paula, Jay, Cara, all have gone beyond of any team that I’ve ever spoke with. Each of them truly care about the patients weight loss journey. I have dropped 70 pounds in 10 months slowly and learning how to eat again. I recommend this group to anyone that needs to lose a little weight or just a significant amount. The pharmacy I’ve spoke with directly and they are excellent as well. I’ve used two different ones that Lumimeds recommend recommended. Both were excellent, shipping has been fast with confidential packaging. Meds and supplies stayed at a cool temperature with no problems. I recommend this company LumiMeds and their pharmacy providers.
