DO NOT I REPEAT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!! They charged my credit card for a service I haven’t even received yet and refuse to give me a refund stating that they will hold 100.00. For what??? I haven’t talked to nobody I didn’t agree to anything and they talk a good game then ghost you. Don’t go with this company unless you want to be ripped off. Trust me if I could give no stars I would

DO NOT order through them. Absolute trash f’ing company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent me wrong meds at first. Then proceeded to wait 3 weeks to get me correct one. After waiting a week to see what I actually uploaded when they asked to see a picture other than the vile. Takes days to respond and then had the nerve to tell me the would charge me $100 to cancel. Even though I was told I couldn’t get the script. I could also use the $649 as a future balance….for the med they denied prescribing? No. This company is straight up trash. I cancelled my credit card dispute and didn’t file a complaint with the Better business bureau because they said the script was approved. Once I said send it they the informed me I will only get one vile at a time which would be fine mostly but I’m leaving the country for vacation. So once again they screw you over in some way or another. The company is just trash. If you enjoy waiting days for customer service to respond or your money being in limbo. This is the company for you.

the order was placed and approved, i still have yet to get any information for the medication. I've called and went on line multiple times. Customer service has been great but i haven't received medication. No notification for shipping or anything. Lumimeds was referred to me. I'm not certain if i will continue

They charge your card tell you need to submit their form which you cannot do, call leave message, can't get into the portal, then can't submit their form received a call and they hang up,. Going to my bank to have charge reversed. This company is a scam, DON'T WASTE, YOUR TIME. This has been going on since 1/2/2026. Their respond is we can't find your order, or we need your email, it's funny the receipt for the charge came thru just fine.

Unethical. I was communicating with them, waiting for answers, and wanted to confirm the dosage and mixture before agreeing to the purchase/shipment. Then, surprise, I got an email from UPS that it was shipping! What? I had not agreed to that! Luckily, I saw it in time and called their pharmacy, MFV, to have it cancelled, as I had not authorized the shipment. I have all these screenshots. I then tried to follow up to confirm the dosage and mixtures, but I could not reach anyone by phone; they did not reply to my texts or in their portal. Totally ghosted me. Next, I had to fight for a refund as they had my money but refused to communicate about dosage and mixtures. Banks come in handy here. I eventually received my refund after much stress, but I also missed out on Black Friday deals I could have gotten from another company. Also, IMHO, as a digital marketer, their 5-star reviews are fake. All the tells are there that most are fake.

It has been weeks since I sent in a review, They (Lumimeds) responded with a generic response, blah, blah,blah. They give the same response to everyone who sends an unsatisfactory review. Again, I get no info from Lumimeds. They should be refunding my two charges of $399.00, and it would be over. I say repeatedly that all I've ever received from this company is text messages. I have not ordered any merchandise from them. They don't even have the decency to call or Email me in regards to this case. VERY POOR SERVICE! The original inquiry and payment deduction started almost 6 months ago, And I have nothing to show for it! NOTHIING!! I Do not trust this company and I want no more business dealings with them! For this reason I am requesting them to refund my charges. It's not a difficult thing to do, but they keep ignoring my request! At this point , if no satisfying response, I will be contacting the state agency. They already have been reported,you can check! Disappointed ☹️ Renee Schilling

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I have been using their company for 3 months. I was going on vacation last week and therefore needed my meds shipped a couple days earlier, so I messaged them. No response for days. So I try again. ONE WEEK later and at this point too late to receive my meds before my vacation, I got a generic response with zero help to my issue. While on vacation, I spoke to someone asking them to expedite my shipment so it would at least be there when I got home. I got home, no meds. So I messaged again. 11 DAYS go by with no response, then I finally receive a very generic response about “shipping time delays because of holiday” even though it should have been sent a week before any holiday delays would occur. So here I am, going on 2 weeks without taking my meds, throwing me completely off course because of their lack of customer service. Finally called and spoke to someone today who said the pharmacy is out of the office until Monday (5 more days from now). I will be looking for another company to fill my meds and URGE you to avoid Lumi Meds at all costs. The price point is great but not good enough to be treated so poorly.

I completed an intake and had my prescription approved 2 weeks. I have received no information regarding the shipment, despite my credit card having been charged. I have reached out to Lumimeds several times. The first message they replied that they would look into it and update me. Three days late with no further reponse, I send another message. The next day I sent another message. I had no replies. I then tried the online chat and after 20 minutes of waiting I had no communication. Next I tried calling and got message that they were offline and to leave a message. It is ridiculous that I cannot get in touch with anyone and I am about to contact my credit card company to report fraud and do a charge back if Lumimeds does not respond to my inquiries. I selected this company because of the good reviews, but I am now wondering if those reviews are faked.
