Lumi Meds have been amazing! They respond quickly when I have questions or concerns. The ship time only takes 1-2 days once I’ve requested a refill. Cara’s communication was top notch.

I was so scared and skeptical to try. But everything’s been perfect. No issues whatsoever. I’m on the monthly plan, I just got my second month ordered. The doctor’s been great, the customer service has been amazing and very responsive and helpful. Everyone’s been great but Kevin, Nikki, and Andy have been awesome. Always available. Super easy. I’ve lost 5 pounds so far.
