Some things were more difficult than anticipated but that was mostly in the ordering process. Jay with Lumimed made things so much more clear and I really appreciate the time he put into my questions and concerns. Tim was able to answer all my questions, provide me with great feedback, and even called me back to tell me he had heard back from the pharmacy and they were sending out a needle because I was short one in the initial package.
