So far lumi meds has been fairly easy to work with. I would advise against committing to their “BUD” orders. Some times they’re available sometimes they’re not. This is only my second order with them and I was getting conflicting information regarding the BUD options. One agent told me if I waited they would have a new BUD through a different pharmacy available and another rep told me that they won’t and I just need to order the regular vial. I waited out to see if they would introduce a new BUD and they didn’t end up posting one on time for me to order. I also wanted to point out that they have a new website program and I think the navigation is still a hit or miss. They ended up having to send me a payment link. Which was fine if you’re proactive with ordering because response time can be a little slow. Because of the issues I was experiencing it kind of put me behind schedule but once I submitted my payment Jay pushed my order through and had it approved within hours. They do say that it takes like a week or so to fulfill the order but my first order was at my doorstep within 2 days of the order being approved. I’m not sure if my new prescription will be through Olympia but I hope so because they are quick and reliable!

Tim- the customer service provider saved the day!! He was terrific. Response and helpful but until i reached him i was very frustrated with the lack of communication. Left several messages in the portal and even sent an email. Finally i was able to reach Tim by phone and he was GREAT!

LumiMeds is top Notch!! Customer Svc easy to reach someone to talk to!! As well as very nice. And they go out of their way to resolve any issues you might have and get it resolved within 24 to 48 hours!! And I just signed up for 1 month for (4 wks of injectons) HOWEVER… they do deal with 4-5 different Pharmacies and the pharmacy Boothwyn they assigned to me with SUCKS! As this is my 1st month being with LumiMeds and I received my 1st shipment on 3/21/25 for 10mg of Tirzepatide (100 units) Non-compounded) which is 100 units on my Syringe… not sure why I happen to check the VIAL after I filled my Needle but I did …. And it was 1/2 full!!! Which means that Vial only had 2 weeks in it and NOT 4 weeks in which I paid for!!! LumiMeds apologized and contacted Pharmacy and agreed to send me new Vial but pharmacy wanted me to return used portion back to them (emailed me a return shipping label) I got my new Vial today 2 days after I complained which was great! But the New Vial was 1/2 full!! Which means there is only one injection in there!!! REALLY?? And they want me to return the 1st Vial which is 1:2 full after only one injection!! Which means if I keep the one am suppose to send back and keep the new one that is only 3 injections!!! What a RIP-OFF! So don’t go with BOOTHWYN Pharmacy LUMIMeds assigns you to them!
