I was using another provider who unfortunately stopped selling glp-1. i switched to Lumimeds’s. the 1st month i noticed that i was hungry a lot. hunger was suppressed with the 1st provider. now i am on my 2nd month and i have actually gained back some of the weight that i had lost. Lumimeds is selling a weaker, watered down product for the same price as other providers. i contacted them about it and they have not responded. me, my partner and my sister in law have all had similar experiences with lumimeds and all 3 of us are going to a new provider. my advice would be to read reviews carefully and find out if the company has a guarantee. avoid Lumimeds.

My daughter He wrote to them many times because the medicine did not work for him. They claim to sell that the money is not returned. He has written because he only lost 10 pounds in 3 months and they keep writing without giving him a real answer. By email they say thank you very much for communicating, we understand the problem. It needs something else...The most ridiculous part is that if you post in the comments section of their promotions, they block you. However—since I work at a hospital, and all my colleagues are outraged by what happened to me—I know they will support me in spreading the word that this company is a total fraud, from start to finish. They have also been reported to the FDA. Please be careful; this is bad—very bad. But they do not answer him to get the money back.

I ordered it and it just sat there and nothing happened. I had to call and find out why it didn’t ship and somebody said it was cause they couldn’t see it on the back end but it sounds like somebody just didn’t do their job so I won’t be using them again

I had a very concerning experience with LumiMeds. I signed up for their $399 starter package, expecting some level of medical consultation before anything was approved. However, immediately after submitting my form, I was automatically approved without speaking to any healthcare provider. There was no verification process, no discussion about my health conditions, and no confirmation that the prescribed dosage was appropriate for me. This made me uncomfortable, so I called right away to cancel the order before anything was shipped. I was clearly told that my order would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund. I also followed up by messaging both the doctor and the support team, and my cancellation was acknowledged. The next day, when I called again to confirm the refund, I was instead met with attempts to convince me to continue with the order, even after I explained multiple times that I did not feel safe proceeding. Eventually, I was only refunded $299, and $100 was kept as an “admin fee.” This fee was never disclosed to me at any point during signup, cancellation, or in my earlier conversations with their team. It was only mentioned after the fact. I have documentation of all communications, including being told I would receive a full refund. Overall, the lack of medical consultation, transparency around fees, and inconsistency in communication made this a very uncomfortable experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and fully understand all terms before signing up. I am stilling waiting for my $100 to be refunded. No services was provided from this company. Please avoid using them. They are scammers

To get the prescription on time have a provider approve it when a salesperson says so I’ve been given the runaround. It’s been over a week. I want my medication if not, I want a refund.

Horrible from the start. Do Not go through this company. I paid the money, no support, didnt even talk to a DR or nurse. Not sure what they sent but it wasn't what it was supposed to be. I wish I could have it tested. So so disappointed. This company should be investigated.

**Update*** is been 4 days now I was told I would receive my new meds over night on Thursday last week to be delivered Friday. I was also told I would be given a tracking number and all. Well Friday came and went and I was told they where waiting to hear from the pharmacy....Then nothing else Friday night or Saturday. I reached out and I was given the same answer, which I expected as it was the weekend. On Sunday someone from lumi meds contacted me about how I'd be notified today (Monday) with an update. Well it's 5pm here where I'm at and still not a peep not an update nothing. I was told Sunday not only would I get an update, but the new meds would be overnighted for Tuesday....I am highly doubting this will be happening since I haven't heard anything and there has been no new updates. To say I went from highly impressed to highly disappointed is to say the least. I went with this company off recommendations from my friends and co workers. I guess I didn't get as lucky as them when it came to a smooth process. $400 isn't cheap and I was excited to start this journey. Now I'm feeling disheartend and extremely disappointed.... There was an unexpected delay in my meds causing them to arrive outside the window they thought they would come. Tim called me back after u sent an email inquiring about my concerns the team was wonderful and he really helped to assist me getting new meds overnighted. Thank you!

I was told my RX went to the pharmacy on 2/27, yet it did not. I followed up today, 3/7 and was messaged that it was just sent. Im now left with no medication. This is unexceptable and will not be continuing with the company once my last dose is completed. There's plenty of others selling these medications.
