After months doing research about GLP-1s with so many companies for a deal and pricing catered to my needs, I finally found a company who met all the qualifications needed as a consumer that will provide me assurance that I am valued as a customer. Almost all other companies explored I had to pay for a consult, be on hold for longer than normal wait time, only to be transferred to a recording to leave a message that would never get back to me, same as all providing an email support option which again, NEVER got back to me, and multiple call attempts that were unsuccessful, to FINALLY find Lumimeds who over exceeded my expectations and provided all the qualities I was looking for in a company to ensure great quality customer care. Steve stayed with me on the line while he assisted me with the enrollment and financing process only to realize that my FSA worked like a direct debit card to finally have the funding to purchase this product with a bundle deal which I’ve been waiting my whole life to feel hopeful at a shit of weight loss. The questionnaire and process super simple, once enrolled, you’re set up with a portal and for someone who is not so tech savvy, I experienced it is the most tech-friendly app to navigate. Overall. Months of research about GLPs including multiple companies out there promoting same product but with different disappointing values that were not catered to my personal circumstances, from finance flexibility (FSA direct), immediate responsive support, transparency, reasonable initial pricing and ongoing bundles should you decide you need more, and excellent customer service, I genuinely had such a great express LumiMed was a NO-BRAINER. Thank you LumiMed, and STEVE, for your kindness, patience, honesty, and professionalism. If all of your reps are like you, you’re company is top line! People were helpful and accommodating helpful for all questions and polite too

I’m new to Lumi. Misunderstood a few things: including price charged and monthly dosages. I called the Customer Service # and rep Andy listened to me when I was frustrated and explained everything clearly. He was polite and informative. I feel so much better having chosen Lumi. Thank you again Andy!

He explained in terms that I could easily understand about the dosage I was approved for for my medication. He was patient and stayed on the phone with me until he answered all of my questions.
