Andy was exceptional in handling the error that was made by the care team. He communicated with me throughout the day to insure the problem would be fixed. He even took the time to call me at the end of the day to ensure I saw my medication was approved and sent to the pharmacy.

I use the online portal and find it easy to navigate. My questions are answered with in a 24 hr timeframe. I had a question about switching medications and had an informative response. When I placed my order, Cara reached out to confirm what product is wished to proceed with. I was also notified when my prescription was sent and given a time line on when I will receive it.

I absolutely love Lumi meds. I just finished my first three months and I’ve already lost 20 pounds. I placed my order for the next three months and had some issues with my doctor appointment.
