I just received my medication from lumi…
I just received my medication from lumi meds. It came very fast! I did have a couple of questions and I reached out and did not have to wait on hold very long at all maybe a minute and a half.. spoke to a very nice gentleman. He recommended I send an email and the care team responded to me in less than 10 minutes with a clear and concise explanation to my question! So far so good!

Great experience with LumiMeds
Great experience with LumiMeds! The onboarding process can feel a little overwhelming, but their customer assistance team answered all my questions the same day and kept me up to date on my prescription. Cara and Charlene were exceptionally responsive, professional and kind. They guided me through the process seamlessly. They were prompt with responding to messages. provided clear instructions and made the process stress-free with my order. It is refreshing to find a telehealth platform with such attentive and personalized communication. Highly recommend them for their proactive skills. Thank you!

Smooth Operation
Very, smooth and easy experience. I don’t love that they keep overpayment as store credit. I guess it comes with the territory. Cara was efficient and pleasant. Thank you.
