Mariell was great with explaining why I only received I one bottle of medicine. If I had one complaint it's that each time I have initiated a call I have not been able to get through to a human. Eventually somebody calls me but I would like to be able to call and have somebody answer.

The wait was crazy, but they do call back if you don’t talk to someone. I had Mark this time and he was super nice and quick with my info!

i have been pleased with my experience so far. I haven’t received my meds yet but they have been shipped. the process has been easy and the company is responsive .

He listened to my situation and made sure to take the time to find out exactly what I needed. Positive experience.

It's a Good Product

I ordered my medication and there was a hiccup at their pharmacy. Jay Fajardo (staff / cs) quickly responded and helped to reorder the correct item and it was shipped overnight. I'm always nervous when working with agents remotely but Jay ensure I everything would be taken care of and he delivered. I appreciate this type of customer service.

The representative was understanding, answered my questions and tried resolving the issue.

Update: Lumimeds got back to me and assisted me in correcting the problem! Hopefully everything will go smoothly from here🤗 First day today, placed my order for 15mg Tirzepatide, then I was informed by a text message that I ordered the wrong plan the plan I ordered is not for 15mg. I asked them how I can correct it as the RX is still “pending”, but I have not heard back. I’ve called, they don’t answer, they don’t call back, I’ve sr t emails and messages and no response!! They charged my card already im willing to pay the difference in plans,, but no one is helping me!! Lumimeds-do not post a generic reply to contact your help center as I have and no one responds!! So far not a good experience!!
