So far, going through sign up and intake has been fine. Make sure to set up text notifications because you will be waiting for emails otherwise and signing into "pt portal" is annoying as there is no app. So you have to stay on top of it. You can't schedule telehealth visit until product is approved and shipped, look forward to future updates

Customer service was good. Not happy about my disease reduction. I know the increased it slightly. Will see if this helps with the appetite suppression. Which is my major issue.
