I did not approve the amount that you guys took out of my credit card. It was over $600. Why?

I had a charge on my credit card for almost $650 from Lumimeds that I did not sign off to authorize. When I called the representative insisted that I had a subscription which I was unaware of. Before any shipment began, I asked to cancel the shipment, and the representative said that they would cancel, but I would be charged $100 for processing of the refund. I thought it to be extremely unusual to be charged for a refund.

They are here to trap you into hidden payments and renewals without notice! Beware! They will charge you without notice and they’re not ashamed to do so. Their customer service is clearly trained to say it’s not their problem, you should’ve read the fine print. Stay away.

I’m out $649 because no one would give me advice as to how to reject a shipment.

Refund policies are subject to change during your subscription without communication. Few other providers are subscription anyway. Max medication dosage is 2.22 Sema, lower than other providers as well. Due to these reasons and extremely short BUD I do not recommend.
