No problems what so ever
It has been a wonderful smooth process ordering from LumiMeds. The Support Team is outstanding and quickly answers all my questions. Semaglutide is working great and love the low prices. Couldn’t ask for a better company to order from. 10 Stars !!

Everyone at Lumi has been so helpful!
Everyone at Lumi has been so helpful! I had an error in the info I input, along with a few questions, they quickly responded and assisted me, while not making me feel like my questions were silly. My order was also delivered very quickly with the ice packs inside still frozen, and my items were nice and cold. I will absolutely use LumiMeds again in the future.

Perfect Customer Support
I have worked with quite a few telehealth companies during my weight loss journey, and LumiMeds has set the standard for customer service and care. When I had a question about my order, I got an immediate reply and resolution. With other companies, the message portals seem to be ignored and phones never answered. Absolutely not the case with LumiMeds. Real people are standing by to help. I was able to speak with a provider at 9 pm on a Friday night just to make sure my prescription was ready in time to take my next dose.

Lumimeds is a great company
Lumimeds is a great company! I cannot thank their support team enough for being so patient with me. They are really very good in what they are doing. Zara handled all my questions in a professional matter. She is very patient and sweet. She will send a follow up to make sure I get all details I need. If you are looking for a company that will take care of you I recommend Lumimeds.

Great Company
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. Their products are high quality and their customer service team is very responsive. I’ve had wonderful experiences with Jay (via the patient portal), and Allen (via Reddit)! They have been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Lumi Meds!

If you need quality service, ask for Jay!
Jay spent over an hour answering my dumb questions about dosages and refunds and drug swapping, and did it amazingly. Great sense of humor, quick, and efficient. All the best qualities of a great customer service representative.
