Gretchen was amazing. My order got stuck in a FedEx facility for three days and arrived hot. When I messaged the team, Gretchen got back to me quickly and had a new set of medication sent overnight. Amazing customer service!

Although a little clunky with the 2 different sites, which could possibly cause confusion and concern, but it was quick a prompt replies of my concerns that helped confirm that I was in good hands. Mariel, Tim and Gretchen were awesome. Once order was sent in I received medicine a day after. I hope to continue with lumimeds as long as I can.

I placed an order for the first time with Lumimeds and I was confused about the registration process as well as product choice. I did email them and received a very prompt response even though it’s a weekend. They were able to guide me through the registration process and assist me in correcting my order. Everyone I have spoke to LumiMeds has been a breath of fresh air. Response time is exceptional !! If I have a problem or do not understand something, they are willing to get on the phone and help me feel at ease. I am so lucky to find them.
