Great experience with Lumi
This was my first time ordering from Lumi and the experience was great. All instructions were clear and I was able to order, upload my script on the same day. I was assigned a provider the next day. My delivery was also quick and the packaged appropriately! They are very prompt with responding to messages. James was very helpful answering all my questions. I’m very satisfied with the whole process and have recommended Lumi to my my friends.

Great communication and assistance
James had great communication and assistance. Have known each step in the process from company in general. He helped with pricing question and resolved my issue.

Lumimeds - great customer service- James is the best!

Gretchen is the best one I have…
Gretchen is the best one I have communicated with at LumiMeds. She is patient, kind and attentive to each of my questions, concerns and needs. There has not been a time that she doesn’t try to help me and/or communicate with me when needed. I wish she was my person all of the time. Her customer service skills are exceptional.

I appreciate the ordering experience…
I appreciate the ordering experience because of the representatives and customer service. If you get confused with the initial forms and ordering system, all you have to do is send them a message or call them. LumiMeds has a great support system. Will be ordering from them again.
