Customer for about 90 days so far and the product and overall experience is great. Called in regarding a refill and Tim was great, showed genuine concern for the tech issue I was having, and stayed on the phone with me until I had resolution. On top of all of this, their prices are unbeatable from what I’ve seen. Highly recommended!

My order has been screwed up for over a month. Today I spoke to James UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! took care of everything and I am going to receive my order on Tuesday!! Three phone calls in one months time always a different story James resolved whatever the real issue was in 20 minutes and was extremely polite and professional on top of everything else!!! I give you my highest rating but only because of James!!!!!
