I was getting different emails about the product and the price. I called. and spoke to a Tim and he was very informative. Explained everything to me and that they were having an issue with their system, but it is being corrected and I will be getting what I ordered. He helped me out a great deal and explained everything and went over . Everything in detail about my order so it made me feel a lot better and I want to thank him very much for the information.

Tim was so helpful and confident. He first of all assured me that he would be able to solve my problem, which he did with ease. He was very patient with me and took the time to help me get it done. Tim knew exactly what he was doing. He kept me calm and explained to me what was going on. And why. He is an excellent customer service representative.
