I had a pretty frustrating experience at first- my first time ordering was a bit confusing and due to a lack of communication my meds got sent out while I was out of town, and then they were lost by UPS. I ultimately had to send them back to the pharmacy and was now out $500 and the medication. When I first reached out to support through email, the responses were quick but ultimately not super helpful (or Informative). I swore after this mishap I wouldn't be using LumiMeds ever again. Then I decided to call customer service, where I was helped by Tim. Tim was really understanding from the get-go and helped make things right- not only did he get in contact with Olympia Pharmacy directly, he also called me back the next business day to update me. I realize the mess up wasn't entirely LumiMeds fault, but the fact that they were able to make it right anyways made a huge difference to me. Because of my positive experience with Tom I will definitely be using LumiMeds again in the future.

Mary helped me tremendously. I was extremely confused about the different links. No one was answering my questions on the message board and I saw somewhere in passing about a new portal. An email should have been sent to inform me. She was able to research my questions and also give me the link for the new portal.
