Ive been with Lumi for 1 year. I have always had a very quick response from the chat team. In the beginning I felt the re-ordering was a bit confusing but a staff member helped me each time until I learned the correct way to fill out the form. I am very happy with the service and their product. I am down 48 pounds. Thank you Lumi team.

I owe Jay, Lumimeds, and the support team for impacting my life in such a strong and positive way. Take today: After not being as responsible as I should have been, I ran out of my medicine. I should have scheduled my visit weeks ago, but I didn't. I scheduled it two weeks from now, and then JAY SAYS, "I don't want you running out of medicine after making such positive improvements. Here's a way we can somehow get you an appointment for tomorrow morning, so that you don't have to miss a dose." How incredibly and uncommonly kind! It feels more like a supportive family than anything else (certainly a company!) feels like! To Jay and the entire support team: you have my eternal gratitude!

Just started with LumiMeds after taking non-compounded Terzepitide from Lilly for more than a year. Needless to say, I’ve had a lot of questions about compounded GLP. It’s still early in my LumiMeds experience, but to date Cara has been communicative, answered all my questions, provided meaningful status updates during the process and has led from a customer/patient focused perspective. I look forward to continuing in this posture.
