I spoke with Steve who answered all my questions and even guided me in a different but more appropriate product for my application. Ordering through Steve at Lumilum was a pleasure and I will be sure to go through him again on the next project.

Found this site on line as i was looking for LED lighting to customize an entertainment center. I wanted to be able to use this lighting with an external Lutron Caseta dimmer switch which Cannot be used with low voltage. Spoke with Steve who was very informative and reviewed my layout so i would use the correct parts. Installed it looks very professional. I see only one downfall. The smallest section which can be used is 12". They need to make this product where you can cut it in increments of inches. Otherwise made well and can be used inside and outside

I first learned about Lumilum while researching hard-wired LED strips to include as part of my home remodel. Lumilum's products appeared to have superior specs and a wider selection than the competition, so I reached out to the company to learn more. I was connected with one of Lumilum's representatives (Steve), who not only patiently described the different products but also helped me design and put together a lighting package for my family room. I received the order a few days later and easily installed the lights myself. The look of the lights exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the product and the entire experience, that I quickly got back in touch with Steve and he helped me design my living room/ dining room/ and kitchen as well. I'm impressed with their product line, knowledge, and customer service in helping me arrange and put together a fantastic lighting plan for my home remodel. I highly recommend Lumilum!
