Great Experience
This is my second time working with Miguel. Couldn't ask for better service and guidance. As I'm quite particular on the topic of lighting, and I had done my research. Miguel listened to what I was thinking about. He built on my ideas and came up with a great plan. Looking forward to working with him again on my next project.

your warranty for this is none existent, you claim to have a 5 year warranty yet are crickets when i try to claim warranty on a failed strip forcing me to buy a new strip. I cannot recommend this company or product
Response from Lumilum LED LightingJul 8, 2024
Derek, we're sorry about your poor experience. Our products come backed with a 3-year warranty that covers any defects or manufacturer issues. I'm not sure who you spoke with regarding this matter, but we will contact you as you are not out of range of your warranty period.
