Obviously like all the other comments, the baked palette set didnt arrive… the worst of it, the make up that did arrive was so badly cracked and split inside the packaging. I wasnt expecting Laura Geller just a cheaper imitation, what I got was much worse… Customer service seemed to be helping for a few days and then I got ghosted… Total waste of time! It was ordered as a gift….

I purchased what I thought was a laura gellar pallete set, with brushes and baked powder, when it arrived i was gobsmacked to say the least. no brush or baked powder and it was'nt even Laura Gellar, it was a multifunctional make up palette, not what I ordered. Ive emailed them 4 times and not one reply. please if your reading this and hoping to get a Laura gellar baked pallete then don't, because it's a fake. i made the mistake of ordering two ....bad mistake. Ive tried everything to get a refund! does anyone remember what site it was bought on? I thought it was Facebook! someone should be held responsible for allowing these people to take your hard earned cash. Please help.

Part of my order was missing. I ordered the baked make up palette but the foundation and the brush were not sent. I emailed and was told to send a photo of the goods I received and the packaging. I did this and now all emails are bouncing back. Proceed with caution.

This company were advertising a makeup product on Facebook and using the video of this makeup company falsely showing someone else’s product as the item they were selling , when the goods arrived some 10 days later the item was not what I ordered but a substandard item when asked to return this for a refund was told I would have to pay $20 carriers fees which was nearly the total cost of the item I purchased or they could give me 30% of the item as a refund . They shouldn’t be allowed to trade in this way conning people out of their money
