I ordered a 4 piece makeup kit they only sent a pallet and a brush the foundation and other brush missing. Then the tried to say I only ordered pallet . I have sent them my confirmation of my order . Plus they advertise as Laura Geller and it's not . Stay away from they . Even now they won't reply to my email

This I feel is a very dodgy site I also made a purchase which was 33.00 in total. Nothing arrived tried to contact seller no luck. I decided to go to my bank and report the transaction as suspicious. I have received a full refund from barclays which took 30 minutes. Don't get caught out.

Absolutely awful company. I'm still fighting to get my full order. Only sent a pallet and brush and i paid or the kit that included the pallet and brush but also baked foundation and brush. Was suppose to be laura geller but definitely is not. They are saying I didn't order the kit. I sent proof of payment and order from the confirmation email. Still nothing. Now they won't let me return the pallet for a refund as they say was quality tested before it was sent. I've been back in touch with them saying nothing wrong with it just want the correct order. No response again. This company needs investigating. I have been scammed and the influencers who advertise need to check them out . Disgraceful

ordered a 4-piece makeup kit but received only 2 items. I contacted the company multiple times and provided proof of purchase; however, they continued to incorrectly state that the full order had been sent. The company does not provide a legitimate channel for customer reviews, which raises serious concerns about transparency and customer trust. I will be sharing this experience on their Facebook page as well. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and to inform friends and family before purchasing from this business.

Been scammed big time like every one else. They are claiming I only orderd the eye pallette, not the 4 pieces , paid 33pound . I have proof on pay pal of what i ordered and paid for and have lodged a dispute with them to get a refund. AVOID THEM. I have just had my pay pal dispute denied in favour of these scammers , so much for buyer protection disgraceful.

Absolute waste of space. Don't place an order with them as they will probably only supply half of the advertised pack and then tell you your order is correct! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered what I was lead to believe was a Laura Geller palette, do not order from this sight they are scammed, the palette arrived damaged, the colours are awful and didn't receive the brush or foundation that was meant to come with the palette, ive emailed for a refund, just waiting for a reply.

I ordered what I thought was Laura gellar pallette and foundation with brush. I received a copy if Laura Gellar pallette and no foundation and brush. As with the other reviewers I have emailed on numerous occasions for a refund , the only reply I got said it was checked ar the warehouse and was correct. Definitely a scam. If only I had checked these reviews before I bought.
