When the parcel arrived it was damaged and parts were missing. It as took nearly 2 weeks of emails to be told. I am basically lying and the parcel was checked.

As with many people on here what I thought I'd ordered and what I received was two different things. I ordered the Baked starter kit Tuscan dreams that includes the multicolour eyeshadow palette. But didn't get the foundation or brush and they are refusing to give a refund. Anytime I contact customer service its the same automated response. 180 day money back guarantee YEAH RIGHT!

I ordered a make up palette and foundation with a brush. The foundation and brush never arrived. I was advised I never ordered this, despite picking a colour and it was on the picture I ordered from. Customer service was a joke with the same automated email. This company are scammers. Do not use.

AVOID! SCAM! I thought I was ordering Laura Geller make up, with foundation and brush. But what I received was not Laura Geller, and there was no brush or foundation! To make it worse the eyeshadow was missing from the palette too. They are refusing to refund as they said it passed quality control! Complete SCAM !

I thought I had ordered Laura Geller with brush and baked foundation. Not Laura Geller and no brush or foundation. I looked at all the reviews on Facebook, obviously those were fake too. Having now seen these comments not expecting a refun even though website clearly shows money back guarantee. Will try though.

I recently purchased a makeup palette. The picture used to advertise this was the Laura Geller Tuscan Dreams set. The set they sent me was a copy and not Laura Geller which s false and misleading. They have even named all the colours in the palette exactly the same as the Laura Geller set. I have emailed the company 3 times offering to return it and get a full refund but they have refused. I am very disappointed with the outcome.

The palette I received today was not Laura Gella and didn't even have the baked powder and brush I've reported it to klarna which I'm paying through and reported it to the bank .I'm hoping not to pay the other to payments someone needs to stop this I hope I get my money back but I won't hold my breath.The email and tracking number was invalid
