Lumens doesn’t honor price match!
This review isn't about the product itself, but rather my experience with Lumens, a company that misled its clients by guaranteeing a price match but ultimately failed to honor it. I sent multiple emails, provided a link to a competitor's website, and submitted a screenshot showing the same item at a lower price. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my efforts. Had I known I would be treated this way, I would have purchased the item from another retailer at the lower price. I initially trusted Lumens to uphold their price match promise. It's disappointing and frustrating. They should remove this guarantee from their website and stop misleading customers!

After reviewing the information, we noted that the price listed on the site you provided was higher than the price you received with the 10% discount we applied.
