Avoid this company at all costs. Really, whatever it is that you are contemplating purchasing with them, you can either find it somewhere else (likely cheaper) or you do not need it badly enough for the hassle you will encounter. I ordered an acrylic ladder which was listed as "in stock". I received a notification it shipped, but when I checked the tracking (internal Lumens - as I was never given the actual tracking from a reputable shipping agent), it kept saying it was "on the way". Finally, after 20 business days, I called and was told a replacement would be ordered. Still nothing. I called again. Still nothing. Called yesterday to cancel the order all together and requested a refund. Today I wake to an email from Lumens with a return shipping label from UPS. WHAT THE...On the phone with them now. I am afraid I will never receive my $600 back!

Ordered over $1100 worth of lighting. Order was fulfilled fine. After only four months, one of the LED bulbs burned out. After numerous calls , several emails and chiding them for an answer to my request for a bulb ($17 value) they told me bulbs are not covered under warranty.. at one point they requested a video showing that the bulb didn’t work. Just a major run around. Begged them to give me an answer one way or the other (four week process). ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC customer service.

This company is ridiculous. You can find the same items cheaper and for free shipping elsewhere, which I discovered after I ordered from here. Then after over 6 weeks after placing my order, I still hadn't received my items. So then I had to deal with a 3rd party freight delivery company to stop the shipment (which was never going to happen anyway it felt like). Then I had to wait for Lumens to receive the item and credit my refund (minus $150 in shipping charges!!!!) and it's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting on my refund! Never ever ever ever shop here!

Very deceptive customer service. Buyer beware!

I received a broken mirror on July 12th, promptly sent photos as requested and today August 26th still no refund. I returned another item due to lesser quality than I expected and having to call a second time to get a return label I was told I would be credited $573.13 for a $774.40 purchase. I was only credited $520.13(hmmm) I was charged $266 for shipping( I live in the state it came from I certainly could have driven it back for far less. The numerous calls I've made is totally unacceptable. RUN, don't walk from this company

Bought a light - came broken. Bought a fan. Came broken. No refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE WORSE THAN HORRIBLE.

I have watched the light in question from January until July and every time I click on it, the price changes. From $1200+ to $1900+ on a daily basis... today it's $1200 and then tomorrow it's $1700. I have the screenshots to prove it. What's up with this company? They have no record of my payment or order!!!!

I used to enjoy stopping in (and buying) when this was an actual brick and mortar store several years ago. Now it's just a web site (and possibly a one man operation trying to look like something bigger), and "in stock" means (apparently) we will electronically with zero effort alert the company with the item and they will ship it to you from their warehouse, wherever that may be, and we will be paid, and we never want to hear from you again -- especially if you have any kind of problem or warranty issue. Why am I here today? Because after just about seven months a part on my Artemide Tizio lamp I ordered through this site simply split in two and fell away due to the heat of the halogen lamp over seven months. When I wrote the company asking about it being under warranty I could not have been more clear, and yet I got a response (finally) asking me to take pictures because they weren't clear on what I was talking about. (I said the red plastic ball in front of the lamp head unit, so how much more clear can I be? It's a black lamp with only one red plastic ball.) Anyway, after days, I am still waiting for a response after that, and rather than have this continue on, I am simply going to say enough of this, and contact Artemide myself. This company is useless and unhelpful and a complete mess now that they are online only and don't appear to actually have even a local warehouse. It's all just orders and zero results if you have a problem, it seems. This is what I just wrote to this company (it's all the satisfaction I'm going to get with this issue): "Your inability to get my name right [they responded to 'Pat' which is not my name], respond in any meaningful way, and to resolve this issue in a timely manner has had me give up on you and your company -- both this issue and any future purchases. I'll satisfy myself with a negative Yelp review (now one of two, and the only ones you have on Yelp). You make me SICK. You're a garbage company ... who lies and tells people stuff is "in stock" when that really means it's a world away in a company's warehouse in stock THERE. Your staffing is absolutely incompetent, and I am no longer waiting for a timely response. When I read you're out of business in the future I will certainly know why. I regret EVER having anything to do with you or giving you money in the past (both when you were a real store and now that you're a sham store). I am not going to sit around waiting for some incompetent minimum wage a**hole to get back to me. F*** off! "Pat" _________________ One last thing... There are better businesses run by better people out there. Give them your money instead and don't put yourself through these nightmares. I seriously doubt that if and when you have issues with anything you purchase this company is even going to be around to help you.
