I fell for this and put my credit card information for a lumen boneless couch. But after I placed the order and never received a confirmation. But they were sure to take my money. I just received a message that a delivery attempt was made but they stated there was nobody available to accept it. I am retired and rarely leave my home. So I am here all day. Checked my security camera and nobody tried to deliver from Lumen. So I emailed and received a response from “James” that he will be personally handling the issue. I cannot trust this company, Lumen, not Lumens

This is a scammmmm!!!! AVOID I ORDERED march 17th giving me run around about vehicle broke down , road restrictions, wrong gate code when I live in house, help at depot for inspection just all kinds of bogus excuses.. DO NOT do business with LUMEN they are trash n dishonest company that take people money and try to stall you long as possible by saying if u report as fraud u will not get your product, looks of it you will not get your products any way. So im disputing and getting my money bank for lack of service and company admitting I suppose to get service. This company need to be banned for sure .

They take your money, they don't send you a product. You wait months for something to be delivered. I ordered a t v free promotion, a free flashsale i sent my money in and I have not yet got the product or my money yet. And I keep getting some automated customer service. There was alright, even emailed the support line in helpline. And still, i'm not getting any help.This place is a fraud

Still haven't received my product. It's been too long in March. They just take your money and give you the run around. I just want my money back. I got in contact with them they say the same thing

I placed an order with this company on March 8th and as of today April 10th I've received nothing. After checking the tracking info that was sent to me by support it showed the the vehicle broke down, they tried to deliver it and there was no one to sign( when I'm literally home every day), they tried to deliver again and the access code to the property didn't work when there is no code for my house. When asked about these bogus updates he stopped replying to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

They are a scam company as soon as you go to the website it says that all orders will be processed as fraud if you don't contact their customer service first that's the first message that pops up on the screen and then they send you a message after placing the order saying the order is being processed but it takes some like two weeks to process to order so you can't file a dispute on the transaction the company is a legitimate scam and they need to be off Google

Have hope for package but still haven't received package. I have emailed Lumen about my package. I ordered it on the 19th of March and today is April the 5th. I don't know what's going on and it don't look like I can get a refund.
