These people are a joke. They tried to say that they delivered my couch to my neighbor yet they couldn’t tell me anything else once I started getting pissed off. They would stop responding to me, so yeah, I lost out on my money. Don’t waste your money. People don’t do what I did don’t be stupid.

Never got my package claimed they delivered it with a signature but funny thing is it wasn’t me never dropped off they don’t email back they don’t tell you who they deliver for it’s a scam don’t fall for it.

This company is BS !!!! FRAUDS and THEIVES !!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would....why you ask? I ordered on 4/2/26 and here is is 5/13/26 and I have yet to receive this. I have received many "order updates" with BS reasons of why it hasn't been delivered. For example no one was home for delivery, the access code wasn't given (there is no gate or code for my house), the driver broke down, it got sent to the wrong warehouse. I am so disappointed with this whole thing and their phone is all AI....no help, guess you get what you pay for..... And today 5/16/2026 they say the couches were delivered...really to Whom? Sure wasn't me! Thieving, scamming, and fraudulent company!

I had to give it a one because it was no zero this company is the most runaround shady company you could order through from the internet I ordered a TV type / monitor and it's been about 2 weeks now and I've received an email about every day let me see the tag was messed up during shipping roads closed let me see what else shipped to the wrong address wrong tag and this has been going on for weeks now all I can say is do not order from them

Company is a sham over 30 days snd still no product i dont underdtand. This is a bunch of bull.. if u could giv zero i would

I literally copied and pasted this review because because it is the EXACT danger thing that's happened to me. It's May 8th, I ordered on April 1st. Now they're ignoring me. This is a scammmmm!!!! AVOID I ORDERED march 17th giving me run around about vehicle broke down , road restrictions, wrong gate code when I live in house, help at depot for inspection just all kinds of bogus excuses.. DO NOT do business with LUMEN they are trash n dishonest company that take people money and try to stall you long as possible by saying if u report as fraud u will not get your product, looks of it you will not get your products any way. So im disputing and getting my money bank for lack of service and company admitting I suppose to get service. This company need to be banned for sure

This is a turd company run by mental midgets, wokeism and posers. How are they even a market listed company anymore.
