Impressed and Pleased.
I was very pleased with the artwork I received. Use of the costume reference photos was very beneficial. Turn-around time was most satisfactory. Will recommend to others and be back for more.

I Feel Like I’ve Been Scammed
I was very excited to have a custom portrait made for my friend’s new job party. The digital copy was made and sent to me and it was great! Customer Service was great! Until…I received my canvas print and it is a completely different drawing than the digital copy that I was sent and approved. I’m talking EVERYTHING about it is different, including body type. I hate it! It looks terrible and I wouldn’t have approved it if that was the version they sent me. I sent them an email with both portraits attached and they replied that I had approved the printed version and then kinda pulled a dick move by quoting my own words in the email. Hi, I’m unsatisfied, tell me you’re going to fix this, don’t quote my own words WHEN I HAVE THE ORIGINAL EMAIL AS PROOF that these are TWO DIFFERENT PORTRAITS.

Unfortunately, the order number that was provided when the physical print was purchased was different from the digital portrait that you would like to be printed. The pictures are amazing but lack of communication
The pictures are amazing!! I wrote them a few emails checking that I would be getting a hard canvas copy and got cryptic messages back (seemed like they were from a computer instead of a human) which was frustrating but they pictures turned out great!

So unhappy with my order
So unhappy with my order. Wanted to order an anime portrait for my bf’s birthday. Requested specifically for the artist to surprise me with their creativity as in poses and background. Got a portrait back with us drawn infront of a wooden wall in no pose whatsoever, they traced two different pics of the charachters and drew on our faces very badly. Nothing in the photo matched or looked anything like they advertised. When i complained they wanted me to pay for any changes. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Worth every penny!
These guys are soooo amazing! They did a fabulous job on my portrait. They were extremely responsive and corrected every little detail I sent them to make sure it was the perfect portrait. Really can’t say enough good things. Spend the $10 to get the edits and don’t forget to tip! They deserve it.
