Terrible and rude customer service. I ordered what was listed as a purple color paint, however when the paint arrived it was actually a dark brown color. I was concerned that I received the wrong order and reached out to the help-line. I experienced a very rude and unpleasant employee who repeatedly told me I was wrong or that I ordered the paint incorrectly, interrupted me and did not let me explain my concerns, stated multiple things that are not actually true regarding the paint, and then actually hung up on me. I will never order from this company again.

I followed directions to a T. Sanded the furniture and primed with lullaby primer plus two coats of paint. We put the furniture back together and everytime any piece would touch the other it would come off. Not very happy with the amount of money we spent on this product.

Dear Kelly, I am sorry that you did not have a perfect experience with our product. We were pleased to be able to follow up with you directly, once we had received your comment. The issue was an insufficient amount of time given to allow the primer and paint to fully cure. It takes more than a few hours to achieve the best results. Anyway, it appears that the problem has now been resolved. We hope that you enjoy your newly repainted crib Kind regards, Your ECOS Team

Truly the paint is okay but isn't worth the $ could of just went to local paint shop and bought there instead of waiting and that's not the point of why I'm not happy with this purchase what made me dislike this company so much I chose the option of picking it up at a UPS store Keep in mind that I'm pregnant so I go to them pick this up and the guy is telling me that I have to pay to get this item pick up I chose the option of delivering that here because it would be cheaper instead I had to pay more to even pick it up from the UPS store I should I have just had it delivered to my own home without wasting my gas going across town and getting aggravated by a guy telling me that I will not be getting my box until I pay it's a company that I would save your money for and just buy at your local paint shop it was a headache with this company if I could I would get my money back

Dear Sarah, I am pleased that you actually had a good experience with our paint, but am sorry that the delivery process did not match your expectations. We have had many customers who have found a UPS Access Point to be a convenient option for them. Locations chosen are often close to where customers work, or somewhere that they frequent often. The package is held there for seven days and customers simply stop by when they are in the area. With regard to the pick up charge, there is none payable. This is a new service from UPS and not all of their stores are aware of how it works. However, we send several notifications to customers indicating that there is no charge and a telephone number to call if there is a problem. A simple thirty second call would have remedied the situation immediately. UPS will contact you shortly to refund the cost. Kind regards, Your Lullaby Team

We bought this paint so that it would be safe for myself and our unborn little girl and thought it was good quality. It wasn't. The paint started separating as soon as it was put on the crib. It took 4 coats to even make it look halfway decent. It also chips if it's barely bumped. We are dealing with it for now because we don't have the money or time to sand and repaint. But it will have to be done in the future. Don't waste your money.

Dear Shelly, We are sorry that you had a problem with our paint. In discussing the circumstances, it was clear that the crib should have been prepared before painting. The existing glossy factory finish needed to be sanded, so as to provide a suitable surface for painting. Without this, any newly applied paint will have a tendency to separate. The chipping issue is a result of both the poor adhesion to the original slick surface and the fact that all paints take more than a couple of days to fully harden. Hopefully you will have a chance to reapply the paint in due course, when you have an opportunity to prepare the crib surface, and you will get the perfect result that you were looking for. Kind regards, Your Lullaby Paints Team
