We purchased two rolling duffel bags. They arrive right before a trip so we used them right away. Unfortunately, one of them had a handle that would not collapse properly. After returning from the trip, I contacted Luggage Online and they took care of the problem by sending us a new bag -- without returning the old one. That's excellent customer service!

The 20% offer for first time customers is very restrictive; it excludes most premium brands (I was shopping for B&R). The coupon doesn't make this clear, and during checkout there is no explanation. This is something of a "bait and switch" offer, so I purchased directly from Briggs & Riley (and saved about $25 from luggageonline.com).

We sincerely apologize if you felt we were not clear enough with our new customer 20% off offer. We do state that vendor exclusions apply when the code is given with further details on our site, but we will try our best to make it even more clear. If you have already made a purchase on our site please contact us during your next purchase and we will provide you with an additional coupon. Thanks for your informative review.
