I dropped into the office in Metuchen with no forewarning. I was well-treated and was able to buy the item of interest to me easily and rapidly.

It's the perfect size for me. I appreciate the ease of rolling without pulling (lugging) it around. I also like the design.

We LOVE the Women's Spinner - all the pockets are the right size, has ample space for all business needs. Pushing this around instead of pulling makes life so much easier. Please tag us while using it with #Travelwithlol on instagram! -Customer Service

Purchased a set of Delsey SkyMax luggage. Called to confirm color and person on the phone was super helpful. They stayed on the line with me the day I purchased so they could ensure items were picked that afternoon in order for me to get before Valentines Day which was the following week. I received as promised. Used the rollaboard for a weekend getaway. Adequate capacity, lightweight, and looks great. Look forward to using the whole set for many years to come.

I was able to research a variety of luggage choices, and got a great price on the Samsonite I chose. Prompt delivery and good quality. Thanks!

Initially it was a terrible experience. I spent the time to shop and pick out all the items. When I finally clicked the submit button, but didn't come to a screen that confirmed my order went through. Upon trying the order again, I realized my gift cards we're depleted even though an order never went through. I finally had a chance to explain my problem to customer service and they rectified the discrepancy. While I still have question marks for their online portal, I was able to finally place my order and it appears my travel gear is finally on its way.
