Edit: the Lucy team reached out to me to make this right. I am very happy about their quick response and understanding customer service team. They are going to ship me a replacement and a return label for the product I need to send back. I'd like to reaffirm that I do like this this product and would recommend it to others. I have a monthly subscription and have been receiving these products for several months now. No issues until now. The package I received is stale. I requested a refund and/or a replacement at no charge. I was only offered a mailing label to return the items, which was not what I requested. I do like the product and want to continue using it. I didn't plan to have to find a printer, print out the label, send it back, wait for a refund, and then order a replacement.

I feel this is finally going to work! I’m very hopeful and filled w optimism that Lucy will help me become smoke free. Tastes great and pretty affordable as well. Thank you for your help!

Customer service is amazing! On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, their response time is always fast and issues are resolved immediately. Always friendly, always helpful.

Ordered may 24th. As of may 31st order has not shipped. No explanation. Just an email saying it “left” the warehouse but there is a problem with the shipper. Not happy!
