The gum is OK but ordering and establishing an account can't be done unless you are an addict. They will only allow "subscribers" that auto deliver monthly to set up accounts so you can't see what you have bought or check status unless you subscribe. That obviously means going thru the whole order process from scratch every time. What a joke.

This company has great customer service that's about it. First order great! Second order bad hard breakers and pouches was lacking second order replaced the first return mango was horrible 3rd mint pouches was to thin Than usual. My point here is they quality control is horrible I will not order again untill they get they quality control in order or they drop prices due to to this. BE WARNED MANY PEOPLE HERE HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL. THANKS BUT NO THANKS LUCY

Delivery was good but the gum tastes not as good as I remember. Tastes old and like plastic.

Package lost and no real updates. Jennifer has sort of been helping but lots of time with my package in total limbo. If y’all used a competitive shipping option and not the worst / cheapest possible one this likely does not happen.

Product quality is rapidly declining. Switched from Swedish made nicotine pouches with great flavor to chinese made pouches that taste awful. Desperately searching for a new nicotine provider after years of satisfaction with Lucy. Very sad.

It's tasty and it came fast. However what's the point of removing aspartame if you're just gonna add sucralose and acesulfame k to it anyway. I was under the impression this was sweetener free. Because of the sorbitol. Sickened am I to discover a week into using it that I'm being poisoned. Also not cool to list the UK customs value at $15 when you're charging me $40. Another dishonest NY company. Surprise surprise. Will be canceling my subscription and throwing the rest in the bin.
