I have had multiple issues with their turn around time on orders. One order never shipped and now I’ve been waiting for five business days and their customer service is blaming “fulfillment issues” which sure sounds like they don’t have it in stock but they certainly took my money… zyns will be back soon. Just buy Zyns. Update: it has now been 3 weeks since I submitted my order and they just shipped via ups, which requires a signature, but I have a job so now I have to pay $6 to pick it up somewhere. HORRIBLE COMPANY

You sent the wrong flavor and did not ask if it would be ok to sent that one instead of the one that is on my subscription

The product is awesome but I’m about to go elsewhere because of the shipping. UPS had my package for over a week before it was delivered and it showed in the town next to mine for four days. Shipping takes way too long.

Order never came

Lucy Pouch nicotine was a great product when it first came out, but they can't consistently produce the same product. The "new" mango pouches lack the mango flavor and the capsule is bitter. At $7.83 per can on their website (which is a ridicules) you would think their product would be top notch, but it isn't. Time to find a new company because I can't trust them.
