I want to give more stars because I love the casino and it's games but I made a redemption five days ago and by what they say on receiving the money is 2-5 business days I would be paid but it still has not been approved and it's only for $100 dollars so it's the bare minimum you can cash out. Any casino I have played I always have been paid out by two days the most and I mean it's in my account on that second day with no problems or issues. So in my opinion if you want to not have to wait a long time to be paid I woild play somewhere else. Now if they pay me today like it says it supposed to then I will be back on here to change my stars and my comment but if not I will keep this post up.

Worst site around payout!!! Still isn’t here 7 days later!! Went from them saying 72 to 10 days do not use this site

I love the games and the selections BUT redemptions which is what matters most to be able to receive in a timely manner is where this site falls short I submitted a redemption 3 days ago and still haven't received it yet I hope it comes soon so I can update my review because with out that issue it would get a perfect 5 stars ill keep you all updated!

I had an account and lost access to my phone, email, and phone number. I asked to have this account closed. When i created another account and tried to verify after a win. They closed my bew account and tefused to do anything about it. Telling me that their decision was final! Even though my last avcount should have closed in order to open the new one. Very upset. Seems they arent very reliable when it comes to paying your winnings.

I cashed out $100 over week ago still yet to get paid not sure why I been in Michigan working can’t go into the site to check it cause I’m in the wrong state at the moment pretty disappointed tbh!

I just started, But so far I love it the lay out is different then most that just all look the same. So far No payouts but will definitely update my review when I do. ◇♡

DOES NOT let me redeem my money, it's been over 4 weeks and all my redemption methods are disabled even after verifying again. I will soon have to issue charge backs and inform other communities if I am not paid within the next couple of business days.
