Winning is more likely when you first create an account with lucky red, then the odds just seemed to get less and less as you go. I do it for fun obviously but now it's not really fun anymore, so I'm considering switching to a different platform.

We’re truly sorry to hear you're not enjoying your experience as much lately. It’s important to us that all players have fun, and we’re always here to chat if you'd like to discuss your results or gameplay further. We want to assure you that the notion of us 'fixing' results for new players is completely untrue. Our games are fully audited for fairness, and all the information regarding this is available on our website for transparency. We’re committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. If you'd like, we can review your gameplay together to help improve your sessions moving forward!

I give this site a 5 because it’s not their fault I don’t cash out when I’m up and I have been up a lot also from customer service to host A+ and the free chips after any deposit is unlike any other , I have played on many and Lucky Red is by far the best I’ve seen !

I feel it's a great experience for me. I haven't had much luck winning a big amount. But overall, being able to access the casino from home is a plus. Would love to see more VIP chips, and thanks for the chat option. They are fast, patient, very knowledgeable, and exceeded expectations.

I have been playing at this casino specifically, I believe 8 or 9 years and their variety of sister casinos I believe for a totsl of 10 years. I have no issues and have Not had issues cashing out or getting paid for numerous years. Once you abide by their verification details everything is smooth and seamless.. Bitcoin is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get paid. One of the best companies as far as online casinos with the variety of games slots live dealers and helpful very very helpful support staff.. I would not hesitate to recommend This casino to my family and or friends.
