I do love playing on lucky red and…
I do love playing on lucky red and sister casinos. But I have to say every time I verify a credit card for a payout I find there are fraudulent charges on that card. Some cards have only had activity on that card and it was within a month or two from the issuance of the card. So casino and games wonderful!!! Protection of your card info not so much.

I really liked the way it used to be
I really liked the way it used to be, before many of key symbols were removed from the games, and before seemingly A I took control. Odds of winning now, are very slim, unless you’re lucky enough to hit a jackpot. The bonuses rarely pay much. It used to be 10 stars! But, those days are gone.😢 I really adore the staff. I just can’t throw my money away, anymore. I might chase a jackpot once in a while. But, I can’t allow corporate greed to bankrupt me, no matter how enjoyable it might be to play. Sadly, the owners don’t seem to realize that those of us who have played for many years, see an obvious change. Unfortunately, iare going to lose their base, unless they’re willing to put it back the way it was.💔

Redemption for winnings takes way to long. Why you dont use PayPal or cash app is beyond me. I stopped using your app on a regular because thier are so many other casino apps that pay out Redemptions im minutes. Plus the fact you use bitcoin to pay back winnings is annoying because it takes another 2 tob5 days to get crypto converted to cash. If it didnt take 5 days to a week to get winnings into my bank account id play more. Your app is way behind on Redemption times.
