Lucky Orange is an equivalent of the famous old Nokia phones: simple, reliable and friendly. Unlike the old Nokias, though, Lucky Orange has all the modern features you need - visitors' recordings (with clean and useful segmentation), VERY detailed heatmaps, Live view, customer chats, form analytics, conversion funnels. Once you setup the features you need, it just works. The user interface is friendly, simple and well-thought. Everything is where you expect it to be, and works in a way you expect it to work - smoothly and flawlessly. The prices are very reasonable and the support is great. I've tried a lot of tracking/recording/heatmap services before I'd got to Lucky Orange (Mouseflow, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Smartlook, Clicktale - to name a few), and Lucky Orange has the best BCR of them all, period. No one of the other services can come even close.

My website receives an average of 45,000 page views a month and for me it is important to know where my website visitors are coming from and how are they spending their time on my site. LuckyOrange's platform displays this data in a user friendly way. I work alone and though I am somewhat a "techy" person, it's important for me to able to use a platform that is easy to use.

I had a major issue with Lucky Orange! And like never before in my online marketing experience did a company do so much to help me overcome my grievances. And at 3 am (their morning, not mine). The service itself is invaluable; we cannot possibly guess what our customers are experiencing on our website, where they are getting stuck etc. This is where Luck Orange comes in. Lucky Orange has a product. However, how they bill is abusive and nontransparent until they are debiting your credit card multiple times in your first day as a customer and upgrading your billing plan without your expressed permission. Their business model is to bill you to death in your first 24 hours as a customer. I called their customer support phone number during their listed businesses hours. Only an answering machine. Cancelled account the same day. Shame...
