After comparing similar analytics tools, I finally landed on Lucky Orange as it seemed incredibly feature-packed for the price compared to similar platforms out there. Even after just a day of experimenting and looking at recordings, we were able to identify a variety of customer pain points on our website and are now able to act to resolve them. We haven't even begun to play around with all the other useful tools, but they already appear to have massive potential for optimising UX and conversion rate. I had an onboarding call with Jordan who was courteous and very concise with answering our questions, which was much appreciated. We're looking forward to learning how to utilise Lucky Orange a lot more for our business.

We love Lucky Orange! It is extremely user friendly and gives us the data we need. The interface is easy to navigate and has as minimal well designed look. Lucky Orange has by far one of the best user interfaces in its category - very friendly and refreshing, making it easy for me to navigate and understand the various features of the platform. I had a demo with Emilia, which provides lots of insights into best practices and how to get the most out of the tool. We are about to launch an updated site, and the platform gave me a wealth of information about user behavior on my new website design, including heat maps, click maps, and visitor recordings. This allowed me to quickly identify areas where my website could be optimized and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
