I think the platform is very…
I think the platform is very interesting to see different variables on the website traffic/conversion - my only suggestions are that it is often too much data to really know where to dig in. I would love to see opportunities and top engaged visitors front and center. Also, do you guys have the ability to add more identification to the customer like a Clearbit?

Emilia is fantastic
Emilia is fantastic She is very knowledgeable about how everything works with Lucky Orange. In areas she admits she has more pitfalls, she recommends other resources we should use. She's also incredibly patient with clients and went out of her way to help with our website needs during onboarding. Note for Lucky Orange: I suggest streamlining the sales process during onboarding. There was some confusion during our first meeting regarding why we scheduled the first onboarding appointment. Everyone should be immediately on the same page.

We can now optimize our site with confidence
Lucky Orange is providing us so many insights into our site. We are able to see where most customers are dropping off, where we can optimize, etc. We also receive really good support by their reps if ever we need help understanding something more in depth. Highly recommend!

Super useful for business!

Great for improving conversions
We’ve been really happy with Lucky Orange! The analytics are really easy to understand and they give you a comprehensive view of how people are interacting with your site and what you can do to improve conversions. My favourite feature is the Elements click reporting (no need to set up Google Tags or goals), but the heatmaps, session recordings and detailed analytics are great too. It’s quick and easy to install, and their support and onboarding teams are lovely which always helps. Thanks Lucky Orange!
