I have completed a trial on Lucky Orange and I'm ready to upgrade to a paid version. Our e-commerce is on BigCommerce so we have obviously integrated with BC. Integration is not an issue just a simple script added to the BC Storefront. What I particularly like with Lucky Orange is the overall dashboard which is easy to modify to the desired layout. For us the visitor map and real time snapshot are important and also the daily trends. These gives us a quick view on the acitvity on the store front. More in depth analytics are not that important on a daily basis, but on a weekly and monthly basis those give us a good picture of which part of the store front is attractive and which part less atractive.
