Had a great onboarding call with Justin from the Lucky Orange team—very helpful, clear, and informative. He walked me through the key features and answered all my questions patiently. The platform itself is incredibly useful for Shopify merchants. I especially appreciate the cart value insights, pre-built funnels, and pre-created events that make understanding user behavior quick and actionable. I’m really impressed with your system…
I’m really impressed with your system and how you can track and view your customers interactions. At times, I’m not able to see interactions due to the system not picking it up on time. Overall, it’s still working well, and it’s helping me to see where my customers are landing.

Not realised payment but my card is banned by bank - reason: suspicious payment attempts
I was a freemium user and when I tried to pay it didn't work. My bank banned my card because of suspicious payment attempts. I don't know what is happening but I have a problem with my card now.... Very bad experience for me. Edit after support interaction: I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars because the Lucky Orange team responded quickly and was very helpful in investigating the issue. Although we weren’t able to resolve the payment in the end, they genuinely tried to assist and helped me understand that the problem likely wasn’t on our side. The reason this is not a full 5-star rating is simply because the experience started off quite negatively, which caused a lot of stress. However, I really appreciate the support team’s effort and professionalism.

Fantastic Tool for Website Insights!
We’ve recently started using Lucky Orange for our Boss B website, and although we’re still in the early stages, we’re really impressed with what we’ve seen so far!
