Here’s a firm but professional review you could post:
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the extremely long wait for my W-9 verification. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I’m told my case has been “escalated to the proper team.” Unfortunately, nothing has changed, and no one has followed up with me. It’s frustrating to keep receiving the same response without any actual resolution or timeline. If your account requires verification, be prepared for delays and poor communication. I hope the company improves its verification process and customer support because I do enjoy their site.

Not processing redemptions, incoming rug pull
Like many of you, I recently noticed this site was offering daily deals.
Which was unusual because this site has been open for YEARS and they normally have ZERO promotions.
Everything was going well at first. They have a clearly labeled timeframe for redemptions on this site and they processed my initial redemption with no issues.
I kept buying the sales and submitted a redemption on June 24. I missed the deadline for same day redemptions but according to there terms of service I should have had my redemption processed the next business day, June 25.
It is now Sunday night June 28 and I still have not received my redemption.
I contacted customer support and initially they lied and told me my redemption was submitted after 3pm so it would have to go through the “standard” process.
When I corrected them and told them that they have a clearly defined timeframe for redemptions.
They lied again and tried to claim I wasn’t high enough VIP level.
I’m gold VIP and it clearly says redemptions not submitted by the 3pm deadline will be processed next business day.
To summarize when a site simultaneously increases there sales while delaying redemptions it means they are about to rug pull.
I would strongly advise you not to deposit here. They aren’t processing redemptions currently

The recent Playson tournament was found…
The recent Playson tournament was found to be fraudulent. Most games posted by Lucky Hands as being part of the tournament were actually not. They were made aware of their mistake while the tournament was on going but did not want to stop it or correct their errors. A lot of people wagered a lot of money on the wrong games. I was asked by them to not say anything until their “investigation” was complete. The actually tournament games are listed in the official rules. Most games listed on all of Lucky Hands media sites are not on the official rules list. More than half the games listed they do not even carry on their site. Playing the games they listed did not count towards the tournament as they had you believe . They have simply said they do not care about their players.i have the full transcripts of all the findings and conversations with them over weeks and it is a shame.
Side note: Lucky Hands has tried flagging this for being defamatory and lost. If you played in this tournament contact their support and demand a refund!
After viewing the company’s response I will edit my review to show the games advertised, the games in the official rules, the games they listed which they do not even carry, and the transcripts showing the conversation. Allowing players to wager thousands of dollars knowing that those games were not in the tournament nor even available on their site is to me fraudulent. Let me also say that I do like this site. It’s easy to use and the redemptions are fast. If it wasn’t for how they operated the tournament and how they conducted their business after I would give them 5 stars. But this can’t be swept under the rug. Below is a copy of them continuing to tell me the games that they wrongly listed would actually count. They did not. Also what they asked when I wanted either myself or them to stop the tourn or post on their media about the games being wrong:

11:25 AM | Harryanimal3: Well this is a big problem. I have been playing a game you listed but it is actually not part of the tournament.
11:25 AM | Harryanimal3: Thunder coins regular isn't either.
That's why it didn't pop up for it. Only xxl
11:26 AM | Harryanimal3: No one else has caught in his mistake?
11:28 AM | Jhon from Lucky Hands: There's Coin Strike XXL from the qualifying games and I checked that there's only one "Coin Strike" title from Playson. I've already flagged it to the right team for proper action to take.
11:28 AM | Harryanimal3: What?
11:29 AM | Harryanimal3: You have on your site coin strike and coin strike 2 as part of it. The rules clearly state only coin strike xxl
11:30 AM | Harryanimal3: You also list thunder coins as part of it. The rules state only thunder coins xxl
11:31 AM | Harryanimal3: This is a huge deal. Check how much I have played coin strike because it is what is on your instagram
11:32 AM | Harryanimal3: What state are you licensed in?
11:34 AM | Jhon from Lucky Hands: We're already escalating this internally for review and verification. In the meantime, we recommend avoiding any game that is not displaying the tournament participation pop-up until we receive confirmation from the relevant team.
We will specifically ask the team to review the discrepancy you've pointed out regarding Coin Strike, Coin Strike 2, and Thunder Coins versus the XXL versions listed in the tournament rules. We can also review your gameplay activity on the titles as part of the investigation.

12:18 PM | Harryanimal3: What should I do? Post so it helps people out? Or not say anything?
12:20 PM | Harryanimal3: I'm here
12:20 PM | Jhon from Lucky Hands: Let's hold it off for now.
Lucky Hands team is still working on it to see if there's any discrepancy. Don't worry we will make sure to give you an update regarding on the situation.
12:21 PM | Harryanimal3: Are you able to tell how much I've spent playing coin strike?
12:23 PM | Jhon from Lucky Hands: Let me go ahead and check on that, give me a quick moment.
12:24 PM | Harryanimal3: I guess I can hold off. That would really help your company out. They wouldn't have to start going through every single persons game play. Who said they were playing for the tournament. I can't imagine the time that would take
Response from Lucky HandsJun 20, 2026
Kristy,
We’re disappointed to see the tournament described this way, especially across multiple public posts, because this was reviewed thoroughly and it was not fraudulent.
In plain terms, there was a mismatch between some of the games shown in our marketing / social media and the games in the original tournament setup. We appreciate you pointing that out.
We would also like to clarify your comment that we asked you “not to say anything” to other players.
After reviewing the conversation, you specifically asked whether you should inform other players of the issue. In response, our team replied that you may hold off while the investigation was ongoing, as we had not yet determined the full scope of the issue or how affected players would be credited.
This was not an attempt to conceal information, but rather to avoid confusion while the matter was being reviewed. Additionally, official tournament communications should come directly from Lucky Hands to ensure players receive accurate and consistent information.
Once reviewed, we awarded prizes based on both lists: the official tournament games and the games players may have played because of the marketing. So any player who placed based on the games shown in the marketing received the prize they would have earned under that version of the tournament and we directly informed affected players.
No original winners had prizes taken away. We simply added credits for players who would have placed under the broader review.
We also reviewed your account at the time you informed us of this issue, and issued adjustments related to the tournament, along with additional credit as a thank-you for bringing the issue to our attention. While we understand you wanted a full refund of wagers, we do not agree that refunding all gameplay would have been the fairest resolution for everyone.
We acknowledge our communication should have been faster and clearer, and we’ve added review steps to help prevent this from happening again. We stand by the resolution and the steps taken to make this fair.
At this point, the matter has been fully reviewed and resolved, so we will not be commenting further.
Regards,
Lucky Hands
