Quite unimpressed with these guys.awful rtp. First person blackjack straight robs people. Not a fan here. Avoid this one and find one with a higher rating

Here’s a firm but professional review you could post: I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the extremely long wait for my W-9 verification. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I’m told my case has been “escalated to the proper team.” Unfortunately, nothing has changed, and no one has followed up with me. It’s frustrating to keep receiving the same response without any actual resolution or timeline. If your account requires verification, be prepared for delays and poor communication. I hope the company improves its verification process and customer support because I do enjoy their site.

Used to be one of my favorite social casinos but now the site takes 15 minutes to load up I could deal with that but today I was shooting fish and the game started glitching I had 12 sc so i backed out to the home screen of the site and all of the sudden all my sc was gone and they say it was because of bet change I didn't change bets and didn't even shoot enough to play maybe 1.50 if that

I'm giving them 2 stars because their customer service is prompt but that does nothing for me been waiting 5 days to cash out and still nothing. Only $700 and they claim 2-3 business days but im cashing out to a debit card. Debit cards are available for use 24/7 365. There are SO SO many better casinos. I cashed out $15,000 and $7500 with their competitors and got the $15K Within 12 hours and the $7500 in minutes. Lucky Hands obviously doesn't understand people won't play there taking several days to pay out a small amount. The nature of business is to competitive and we aren't stupid. We will spend our money at casinos they pay us as fast as we pay them

Not cool at all. I've spent thousands with a specific bank card, no issues but if you want to push to card make sure to get every card you would want to use verified, don't wait for the card to expire like I did. Crazy they don't need to verify your card to take thousands of dollars from your account, but only to give you over money. I've cashed out on other cards, haven't had 1 redemption in so long. They literally waited to verify my card which is the exact same card I've used before except the expiration changed due to it expiring, before they would take the last 6 hours to verify my card. Lol I'm actually so sick of this place. The only thing they have to offer is nice words, I'll give them that, they know how to talk to you to make you feel important, but you aren't at all to them at least. The RTP seems low compared to other sites, however the instant cash out is nice when you can use it. They were so good at the start but went downhill for me. Every one has their own experience so don't base my review on anything, it's personal experience.

I started playing at luckyhands right after they launched and the site was pretty amazing then and was one of my go tos. Now that they launched the clover club things have gone down hill quickly. Originally my daily was .30 sc after clover club launched I was receiving .50 sc for my tier which didn't last long . They dropped it even lower then before the clover club came out now I get .25 sc which is what they claim is a reward for your "loyalty" . To top it off they claim my tier should receive special promos etc but I haven't received one since it launched . They just say the same thing they will roll out new promos etc with time and nothing. I received better promos prior to the vip program (which wasn't much to begin with.) I recently found out as well they offer rakeback which is not mentioned anywhere until support brought it to my attention one day. Which they only wanted to credit twice now for a months worth of play and refused any other time. The games eat money faster then any other site I've played at and the games either glitch or lag and you end up with some super small bonus after 20-40 $ worth of spins. The clover club also starts to randomly drop significantly when you get close to reaching the next tier and they encourage you to spend more so that doesn't happen . All in all this place went from one of the best to pretty much a smack in the face for supposed loyalty and seems more like a money grab now .
