Absolutely horrible.!! This site has constant problems if one thing is corrected another fails. I don’t believe there US-based. Waited a month to deposit and when I went to go deposit all of a sudden it doesn’t take MasterCard customer service went from very responsive to nonexistent. And that coincidentally seem to happen when they were back online taking payments. It’s a waste of your time signing up here. Here’s another thing they do upon giving a bad review from trust pilot they close your account..SCUMBAGS These people are full ofshit with their response Yeah, the reason other ones get bad reviews is cause you’re all thieves

Mr. Wikowski, We are a brand new platform so we are still working through issues which is to be expected. We certainly did not anticipate being this popular, this fast. We are truly sorry that you encountered issues, but rest assured we have our team working diligently around the clock to ensure the platform is at 100%. To be clear, we did NOT close your account after your review here, but rather because you begged our customer service agents over and over to do so. It was only later that you wrote your review which we have now seen. We also now see that you have given out many other negative reviews to social gaming sites. We truly hope you find the one best suited for you, and if you ever decide to give Lucky Hands another chance we will welcome you back with open arms.
